Most people do not brush their teeth
enough before bed!
You might think that 60 seconds (1 minute) of brushing your teeth might be enough but studies show about 50% of plaque is left behind when doing so. Eww! Be sure to brush your teeth for at least two minutes at night before heading to bed to ensure full clean teeth 🙂
Ps. Be sure to change your toothbrush every 3 months to ensure optimal teeth cleaning at home.
