Highly Recommend! What an Amazing Experience! After an awful experience at another dentist earlier today (check out my Tend review for the full story), I was so relieved to visit Strong Roots Dental. The difference was night and day. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid—no surprises. But more than that, I felt truly valued as a person. As a Black woman, I’ve unfortunately had experiences where I’ve felt ignored or treated as less than human. But at Strong Roots Dental, from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctor, everyone made me feel seen and respected. Even after numbing when I could still feel the drill during a filling, they took my concern seriously and gave more pain relief without hesitation. It meant so much to be believed and treated with such care. I need to have my wisdom teeth removed, and I’ll definitely be returning to Strong Roots for that procedure.
